Coaching

Qualified UEFA coaching for players from ages 5 to 18. Professional training sessions in line with UEFA and EPPP.

Fitness testing to evaluate both individual players and full squads.

Bespoke development programme for individual player or full squad.

Game observation to evaluate players within their own team environment.

Scouting

Observation of players during daily training sessions and pre-arranged games in the player's own environment.

Individual and team objectives to evaluate tactical & tecnical understanding. Post scouting evalation and action plan.

Links with clubs in England, Norway, Iceland with weekly additions to the contact list. Also linked to specific trial arranging companies.

Coach Education

Coach education at the highest level which would include tactical and technical data encompassed in both classroom presentations and on-field activities.

Ongoing coach development plan to help the players long term as a group and as individual players.

Assistance to help place coaches into club or programmes in other countries.
